Information about network availability and the amount of internet data usage is very important for planning and implementing management of free internet data assistance programs in the COVID-19 pandemic for students. Research Objectives to analyze for the mobile data usage in online learning (Zoom cloud meetings apps) during the COVID-19 pandemic at Higher Education institutions. The results study revealed that access to online learning using the Zoom cloud meeting apps for 1-minute internet data usage of 5.02bB for a meeting duration of 40 minutes and for a meeting duration of 60 minutes (1 hour) of 13.66 Mb. The measurement results are then used as a reference in the internet data assistance program for students as an effort in supporting the online learning process (Learning-From-Home), objective and proportionate in its distribution to beneficiaries

Digital transformation requires a software system development method to identify and analyze user needs. In this research, software system development uses the Task Centered System Design framework with several stages, including identification, needs analysis, design, and evaluation. The identification stage is carried out by conducting interviews with stakeholders, and then the results of the interviews are analyzed and approved by stakeholders. This study aims to obtain user needs to build an application interface by applying the steps of the Task Centered System Design method and usability evaluation and calculating the weight of the feasibility value by testing the Heuristics method and System Usability Scale on the solution application design. The evaluation phase aims to determine the value of the usability problem in the design that has been designed. The evaluation phase uses the Usability Heuristic method by involving experts in the field of software development and the System Usability Scale method involving end users. After conducting research from the identification to the evaluation stage, the average severity rating of the Heuristic Usability test component scored less than 1 (one) in the second iteration, and the System Usability Scale results scored 70.3 for admin and 73.75 for the customer application. This result is in grade C with an adjective rating of Good.

Malaria adalah penyakit yang disebabkan oleh parasit protozoa dari genus plasmodium yang menginfeksi sel darah merah. Penyakit malaria menjadi masalah kesehatan masyarakat yang penting, karena penyakit ini dapat menimbulkan gangguan Kesehatan dan dapat menurunkan produktivitas kerja bahkan dapat mengakibatkan kematian. Penelitian ini menggunakan sebanyak 1000 dataset citra penyakit malaria terinfeksi dan malaria tidak terinfeksi. Dataset tersebut dikelola oleh U.S National Library of Medicine College Hospital hingga tahun 2018. Tujuan dari penelitian ini untuk menganalisis performa (akurasi, presisi, recall dan f-measure) pada dataset citra penyakit malaria terinfeksi dan malaria tidak terinfeksi. Tahapan yang dilakukan yaitu: deteksi tepi canny, ekstraksi fitur hu moment invariant, klasifikasi metode K-NN, serta menggunakan berbagai simulasi rasio dataset dan nilai K=2 sampai K=10. Hasil penelitian dari simulasi rasio dataset 80:20 memperoleh nilai akurasi 84%, presisi 88%, recall 92% dan f-measure 90% dengan menggunakan nilai K=6.
