Every country, including China, is deeply concerned and interested in the topic of agricultural machinery automation. The world’s population is growing at an astronomical rate, and as a result, the need of food is also growing at an astronomical rate. Farmers are forced to apply more toxic pesticides since traditional methods are not up to the task of meeting the rising demand. This has a major impact on agricultural practices, and in the long run, the land becomes barren and unproductive. Intelligent technologies such as Internet of Things, wireless communication, and machine learning can help with crop disease and pesticide storage management, as well as water management and irrigation. In this paper, we design and analyze an intelligent system that automatically predicts the agricultural land features for irrigation purpose. Initially, the dataset is collected and preprocessed using normalization. The features are extracted using principal component analysis (PCA). For automatic prediction by the equipment, we propose heterogeneous fuzzy-based artificial neural network (HF-ANN) with genetic quantum spider monkey optimization (GQ-SMO) algorithm. Analyses and comparisons are made between the proposed approach and current methodologies. The findings indicate the effectiveness of the proposed system.

A machine vision system (MVS) is a technology that can analyze and recognize still or moving pictures using a computer. It is a branch of computer vision that looks like a security camera but can automatically capture, evaluate, and analyze images. The drawbacks are obvious. In the event of a computer vision system failure, firms must have a team of highly trained people with a thorough understanding of the distinctions. Artificial neural networks with numerous layers between the input and output layers are deep neural networks (DNN). Neurons, synapses, weights, biases, and functions are all part of any neural network, regardless of the kind. Many of the challenges in computer vision revolve around using convolutional neural networks (CNN) to categorize images into predefined categories. Convolutional and pooling layers were utilized to decrease the image’s size before feeding the reduced data to fully connected layers. According to the paper, the MVS-CNN algorithm can analyze a picture and determine the value of various characteristics and objects inside it. It is called convolution when combining two functions to create a third function. It is a fusion of two different datasets. A CNN performs convolution on the input data to build a feature map using a filter or kernel. Using a convolutional neural network, an inverted residual block is introduced as the basic block to balance identification accuracy and processing efficiency. The suggested method’s higher inspection performance is achieved with a huge dataset of photos of faulty and defect-free bottles. The result is obtained from the proposed method, the standard deviation ratio is 83.56%, absolute error ratio is 77.26%, trajectory length difference ratio is 82.35%, source pattern radiation amplitude ratio is 86.25%, classification of accuracy ratio is 83.25%, and finally, overall percentage performance ratio is 90.26%.

People are becoming less comfortable in content as a form of data throughout this period of growing scientific and technological advancements. Oil painting also was challenged in unprecedented ways by modern image processing techniques as person’s primary source of data, and it had a tremendous effect on the domain of artistic creativity. Therefore, we present an upgraded convolutional neural network (U-CNN) for the enhancement of style rendering model addressing the aforementioned challenges. Initially, the datasets are gathered that are denoised and enhanced in the preprocessing stage to eliminate noise and improve the quality of the data. Gabor filter bank (GFB) is employed in the feature extraction stage to extract several features from the normalized data. For the application of style rendering model, the proposed approach is utilized. Moreover, through applying the 3DS MAX model, the three-dimensional (3-D) oil painting is generated. Finally, the performance of the proposed approach is examined and compared with other existing approaches to obtain the proposed approach with the greatest effectiveness. The findings are depicted in chart form by employing the origin tool.
