Use of a clinical tool for screening and diagnosis of cutaneous leishmaniasis in Sri Lanka

Abstract: Cutaneous leishmaniasis (CL) was first detected in Sri Lanka in 1992.Local disease is caused by a genetically different variant of Leishmania donovani.
