Use of a drug containing ornidazole-neomycin–prednisolone–econazole for the empirical treatment of vaginal infections

Abstract: Relevance. Empirical treatment of vaginitis is indicated due to its polymicrobial etiology and limited microbiological analysis. The aim of the study was to study the combination of ornidazoleneomycinprednisoloneeconazole (ONPE, Elzhina) as a first-line drug for local treatment of patients with various forms of non-specific vaginitis.
