Abstract:Kampo medicine, current, Xenopus oocyte, mRNA, 3D-HPLC, LC/MS An electrophysiological bioassay was used to isolate the active compound from Hochuekkito (HET), which the current authors previously described as having potent agonist action against serotonin 2C receptors (5-HT2CR).
