Use of Animal Product Processing Waste in Oyster Mushroom Production Technology

Abstract:The article presents a study of the possibility of using animal husbandry processing waste as a nutrient additive to compositions of synthetic fermented substrate for the cultivation of oyster mushrooms. Wastes that are of low value for use in other branches of agriculture and industry and are mainly disposed of as solid waste by burial were investigated.
