Use of Antihypotensive Therapies in Extremely Preterm Infants

Abstract: WHAT'S KNOWN ON THIS SUBJECT: Extremely preterm infants who receive antihypotensive therapy have worse outcomes than untreated infants. The reasons for this are not clear.
