Use of batch anion exchange technique for separation of κ-casein glycomacropeptide from bovine whey fraction

Abstract: Bovine κ-casein glycomacropeptide (GMP) is a sialic acid containing glycopeptide, which is considered as a health promoting compound found in cheese whey.
