Use of High-Performance Liquid Chromatography in Characterization of Suspected Haemoglobinopathies in Central India-Clinicohaematological Correlation

Abstract: Context: Haemoglobin High Performance Liquid Chromatography is a technique for screening and initial diagnosis of haemoglobinopathies which includes group of disorders. Detailed clinical history, complete hematological prole along with newer ancillary techniques including Hb HPLC when used systematically and judiciously can achieve an early diagnosis.
