Use of management information in hospital decision-making

Abstract: The research presents the scope and use of management information in health care institutions. The area has diverse international literature, so the article limit to logic of hospital operation, result of role conflict, economic and clinical factors in decision-making. “…An information system is a primary source for providing an organization with the appropriate information that it needs to carry out various activities and works (Maleszka, 2017). As information systems are a set of components that are linked to each other regularly to produce useful information, then sharing this information with users in a suitable form, time and help them to perform the assigned functions (Krenyá cz, 2018).
