Use of PCR–RFLP for genotyping 16S rRNA and characterizing bacteria cultured from halibut fry

Abstract: Small subunit ribosomal genes were explored using PCR-RFLP to facilitate the characterization of bacteria cultured from reared fry of the Atlantic halibut (Hippoglossus hippoglossus).
