Although this does not constitute a qualified systematic review or meta-analysis, when comparing it to the average VHI-30 decrease in this study (24.9 points) it gives a rough indication that bilateral medialization thyroplasty may be as effective in treating sulcus/scar as performing microphonosurgery.…”
