Use of SPECT/CT with 99mTc-MDP Bone Scintigraphy to Diagnose Sacral Insufficiency Fracture

Abstract: Bone SPECT/CT offers additional information on pelvic insufficiency fractures, especially when there is incomplete formation of the H-sign on planar bone scanning.
