Abstract: Background and importanceMild traumatic brain injury (mTBI) is a frequent presentation in Emergency Department (ED). There are standardised guidelines, the Canadian CT Head Rule (CCHR), for CT scan in mTBI that rule out patients on either anticoagulant or anti-platelet therapy.
