Abstract: Purpose Prior data from this Center demonstrated that for patients who had biopsy-proven axillary metastases, were ycN0 after neoadjuvant chemotherapy (NAC), and had a wire-directed (targeted) sentinel lymphadenectomy (WD-SLND), 60% were node negative.
