Use of Ultrasound B Scan in Diagnosis of Hydrops Fetalis by

Abstract

A case report of hydrops fetalis caused by hemoglobin Barts is presented. An antepartum diagnosis of this fetal anomaly can be established by the sonographicand amniographic findings of frog belly and bulky placenta. However, sonography is safer and easier than arnniograph y for this purpose.
