“…12 According to Jobo et al, the positive rate of endometrial aspiration cytology was 100% in patients with endometrial invasion and 15.9% in cases without invasion among preoperative patients with ovarian carcinoma. 13 These results suggest that endometrial aspiration cytology is more effective than cervical cytology for detecting ovarian cancer cells.
