Abstract:To confirm the usefulness of zebrafish for evaluating the teratogenic potential of drug candidates, the effect of O-ethylhydroxylamine hydrochloride (OHY), which induces mutagenesis by methylation, was evaluated in teratogenicity studies in rats and zebrafish.
