Abstract:This study evaluates user satisfaction with the bus in urban areas to improve public transportation services. Thus, bus facilities, bus accessibility, safety, and fare are critical dimensions for investigating user satisfaction when accessing buses in Kota Kinabalu, Sabah, Malaysia.
