Abstract:This paper aims to analyze the methodology of study of users so that it can be applied to provide access to information not only to the conventional user attended by librarians (researcher, teachers, students and the like), but also to those who are deprived of liberty or that have already acquired the status of serving your sentences, in the categories of persons arrested or egress from the prison system.
