USG guided FNAC of thyroid improving diagnostic accuracy

Abstract: Introduction: USG guided FNAC of thyroid particularly facilitates accurate FNAC of non-palpable small lesions. It has the major advantage of real time monitoring which help in accurate localisation of needle tip during aspiration.
