Using A3 Methodology to Identify the Root Cause of a Chemotherapy Error in a Hematopoietic Stem Cell Transplant Patient

Abstract: knowledge of CP and master in pharmacy students (ST) related to pediatric HSCT/oncology and to evaluate their expectations in terms of training and education.
