Using Endogenous MicroRNA Expression Patterns to Visualize Neural Differentiation of Human Pluripotent Stem Cells

Abstract: Many existing protocols for neuronal differentiation of human pluripotent cells result in heterogeneous cell populations and unsynchronized differentiation, necessitating the development of methods for labeling specific cell populations.
