Using Experience Industry Strategies to Increase Quality of Youth Program Experiences

Abstract: We evaluated 4 “experience industry” strategies for enhancing the quality of immediate experiences for 4-H youth: theming, adding multisensory experiences, personalizing interactions, and providing memorabilia.
