There exists a phenomenon that subjectivity highly lies in the daily evaluation process. Our research primarily concentrates on a multiperson evaluation system with anomaly detection to minimize the possible inaccuracy that subjective assessment brings. We choose the two-stage screening method, which consists of rough screening and score-weighted Kendall-τ distance to winnow out abnormal data, coupled with hypothesis testing to narrow global discrepancy. Then we use fuzzy synthetic evaluation method (FSE) to determine the significance of scores given by reviewers as well as their reliability, culminating in a more impartial weight for each reviewer in the final conclusion. The results demonstrate a clear and comprehensive ranking instead of unilateral scores, and we get to have an efficiency in filtering out abnormal data as well as a reasonably objective weight determination mechanism. We can sense that through our study, people will have a chance of modifying a multiperson evaluation system to attain both equity and a relatively superior competitive atmosphere. A preprint has previously been published (Ni, 2022).

Decision support system for selecting tourist attractions using fuzzy analytic hierarchy process

The selection of tourist attractions is a multi-criteria decision making problem, which requires time and careful consideration to make the right decision. The proper destination selection based on human needs in a particular moment affects satisfaction in traveling. This research aims to create a decision support system for selecting tourist attractions (a case study in Kupang City) using fuzzy analytic hierarchy process method. Users can input the priority scale of 9 human need attributes and then be directed to the system’s recommendations of tourist attractions. This paper also compares fuzzy analytic hierarchy process method with the original analytic hierarchy process calculations. The result shows that both methods can be a solution for multi-criteria decision making, but the fuzzy analytic hierarchy process method performs a more optimal solution for cases with uncertainty in comparisons between elements.

A new round of scientific and technological revolution is booming, and new technologies such as big data, artificial intelligence, and block-chain promote comprehensive innovation in the economy and society. The digitization process in various industries and fields is accelerating, and the accounting industry is also deeply affected. The cultivation of intelligent compound accounting talents is imminent, and universities play a vital role in talent training. Based on the application-oriented undergraduate colleges and universities, based on the era of digital economy, the 1+X certificate system and the background of school-enterprise cooperation, this study takes the mixed teaching of big data financial analysis based on the DEEP platform as an example to explore the transformation from traditional accounting talents to intelligent compound accounting talents. The new path of training promotes the integration of production and education, and provides reference for the training program, curriculum, and teaching of accounting talents in colleges and universities.
