Using Metered Data for Energy and Water Evaluations

Abstract: Federal agencies are required by law to install energy meters and conduct energy and water evaluations at their facilities. Per Section 103 of the Energy Policy Act of 2005, agencies are required to collect at least hourly energy data, incorporate metered energy data into data management systems, and provide the data to energy managers.
