Using mobile smartphones and bioacoustics to monitor endangered bird species

Abstract: Monitoring the status of endangered wildlife is a critical foundation for biodiversity conservation efforts. The use of autonomous acoustic recorders to monitor wildlife has become increasingly popular in terrestrial tropical systems.
