Using Project Evaluation to Build Capacity for Integrated Health Care at Local Levels

Abstract: Capacity‐building evaluation featuring multidisciplinary cross‐agency workshops fostered continuous quality improvement, while focusing on skills required and systemic barriers to health care integration between GPs and a regional hospital.
