Sea turtles are migratory and geographically dispersed animals. Six of the seven marine turtle species worldwide have been identified as threatened with extinction (IUCN, 2018). The loggerhead turtle Caretta caretta is widely distributed in the tropical and temperate regions (Kamezaki et al., 2003 and Limpus and Limpus, 2003). C. caretta faces different threats during its life cycle, such as loss or alterations of nesting grounds, predation, ingestion of marine debris, environmental contamination, diseases, and interactions with various fisheries activities (Witherington, 2003). The Mediterranean is frequented by large numbers of loggerhead turtles (Carreras et al., 2011; Haddoud and Gomati, 2011 and Clusa et al., 2014). Web GIS is a kind of distributed information system, which consists of a client and a server, where the server is the GIS server and the client is a web application, desktop application, or mobile application. With the rapid development of technology, increasingly mature GIS technology has been applied in various fields, one of which is tourism. By using a web GIS, reviews related to a tourism object, and tourist locations in a particular area can be easily presented on a website. In order to ensure the normal heating of residents during the heating season in my country, with the increase of the air extraction volume of the cogeneration unit, the power generation also exceeds the use demand, so that the poor quality wind power will be forced to give up during the peak shaving of the power grid. The aggravation of coal-fired pollution also leads to a waste of energy. The use of wind-driven compression heat pumps to run heating reduces energy and capital waste. Taking into account the volatility and instability of wind energy itself, the heating technology of WEHPDHS is one of the effective ways to achieve renewable clean energy heating in severe cold regions. In this paper, a simulation model of the wind energy heat pump direct heating system(WEHPDHS) is established, and the simulation experiment is carried out on the use of the model. The geographic information system is used to collect the wind speed data under the working condition, and the variation characteristics of the system energy parameters and the energy efficiency coefficient of the mechanical energy of the wind turbine are analyzed under the variable wind speed condition. COP, and then compared the performance coefficients of different heating methods to verify the high heating efficiency of the system in this paper and the high benefits in environmental protection.
