Wireless sensor network communications system is used in many fields of applications like environment monitoring and protection, medicine, security etc. As Cloud Services are flexible, powerful and cost efficient framework, it is used for providing real time data for consumers at every time with a large coverage and high quality. Load Balancing will be used for dividing the processing work and delivering faster services with higher efficiency. In cloud based wireless sensor network, here for load balancing virtual machines are assign to suitable servers and the use of resources are balance with other servers. The proposed Hybrid ant colony optimization algorithm is used to solve problem of the virtual machine scheduling. It is used for better system stability and for increases performance. It is used for reducing computational time of the scheduling. This algorithm help to reduce the energy consumption, reduces the number of packets, and improve the lifetime of network.
