The existing COVID-19 pandemic and the necessity to do physical distancing have transformed activities and patterns of learning through the implementation of online learning mechanisms. However, this learning model often brings implementation difficulties for administrators and educators. It is noted that the educational process should continue online. The purpose of this study was to determine the extent of roles and influences of IT governance on IT capabilities in ensuring the fine implementation of online learning mechanisms with or without the mediation of behavioral intention to use. The research was in the form of a survey method and an explanatory design. There were 235 sheets of questionnaire answers filled and collected. Respondents included leaders, heads of the curriculum department, and teaching staff working at elementary, junior high, and senior high schools as well as universities implementing online learning in West Kalimantan. Data were processed by using Likert scales and analysis software of SEM-PLS. Research results reflect a requirement for every educational institution to implement IT governance (in terms of IT steering committee, IT strategy, IT project steering, information strategy planning, IT governance awareness, and IT leadership) because of important roles and influences to achieve the success of implementing online learning mechanisms.

Corona Virus Diseases (Covid-19) has become an epidemic in Indonesia and even has become a global pandemic in 2020. Various impacts of Covid-19 is one of them changes learning strategy. One of them is the change from conventional learning to internet-based learning or electronic learning (e-learning). The purpose of this study was to describe the e-learning in natural science and environmental learning during the Covid-19 outbreak. The research method used descriptive method and data collection techniques using a survey through Google Form. The study was conducted during March 2020 in Bekasi city and Bandung city, when the Covid-19 outbreak began in Indonesia. The results of this study indicate that there are many limitations. Findings showed that Whatsapp was the highest e-learning media (65.54%). Related to the biggest obstacle is about internet quota in a cellular phone (27.03%). Then students think the video (35.14%) was the best type of file to be shared in e-learning. Then the majority of students (54.73%) thought that the most effective duration for e-learning was 2-3 hours. The results of this study indicate that e-learning was not yet perfect and needs to be improved. The conclusion of this study was e-learning needs to be improved and need innovation.

This study aims to develop HOT FIT Model; this model is very suitable for evaluating E-Learning, namely the distance learning method used during a pandemic. The HOT Fit model is used in technology and information-based systems, which are needed during this Pandemic. This study using method of three factors are related to the seven dimensions of information system success, namely Quality Systems, Information Quality, Service Quality, System Use, User Satisfaction, and Net Benefit. And the result of this research is the E-Learning system is used to support the learning process during the Covid-19 Pandemic. In the implementation of the e-learning system, efforts are made to improve the quality of education. E-Learning requires evaluation to measure the feasibility level, even the success of the E-Learning performance itself. An evaluation must be done because the evaluation will assess or measure the benefits obtained from its application. One evaluation model used in education and teaching is the HOT (Human, Organization, Technology) Fit evaluation model. This model involves three main factors, namely User, Organization, and technology, which are supported by the critical variables of the success of the information system consisting of System Quality, Information Quality, Service Quality, and System Use system), User Satisfaction (user satisfaction), and Net Benefit (system benefits). The research that has been done is testing how the Hot Fit model is implemented in higher education. In this case, the Hot Fit Model is natural to be implemented in Basic Education, considering that in the implementation of distance learning during the Pandemic, almost all teaching and learning activities will intersect with technology that will automatically.
