Using Varying Pedagogical Approaches in College Classrooms: Increasing Motivation for Undergraduate Finance Students

Abstract: This paper discusses the collaboration of a crossdiscipline teaching partnership aimed at addressing lagging student motivation and engagement in finance courses at a regional university in Texas.
