These include considering time for rest and recovery, counteracting a lack of control, and prioritizing self-care (e.g., see Altfield et al, 2018; Bentzen, Kenttä, & Lemyre, 2020; Higham et al, 2023; McEwen & Rowson, 2023; Pankow et al, 2022).
