Technology expands students' opportunities for authentic interaction with native speakers and other language learners at various levels, both inside and outside of the classroom. The purpose of this research is to examine an improvement in students' speaking skills in terms of fluency, vocabulary, grammar, pronunciation, and accuracy by using English YouTube videos, as well as the impact on students' speaking skills with a civil and non civil servant's family background in rural school. In this study, a quantitative method with a true experimental design was used, and a total of N=90 students participated, with N=50 students chosen using purposive sampling from two different classes to serve as samples. The instrument for the study included tests, a pre-test, and a post-test. The data was then analysed statistically to determine the results of the given pre-test and post-test. The average score increased after the post-test in terms of receiving results in terms of improving students' English speaking. Accuracy turned out to be one of the most important aspects of speaking that improved markedly. It means that students learned from native speakers through English YouTube videos, and their accuracy has enormously improved as a result. Meanwhile, students from civil servant families scored 95 on the post-test, while students from non-civil servant families scored 92.5. It was discovered that there is only a minor difference in improvement between civil and non-civil servant students' backgrounds. Teachers should consider using authentic English YouTube videos in the classroom to assist children of their English speaking skills.

When it comes to learning English, members of the generation raised with computers and internet access have relied exclusively on online resources as both a source of information and a means of constructing a virtual learning environment for themselves. The purpose of this study is to determine which online learning tools students find the most enjoyable and how those tools impact their ability to communicate in English. This will allow future teachers to make the best possible use of the resources that are available to them online. In order to ascertain the percentage of people who completed the questionnaire, descriptive quantitative research was conducted. YouTube, which is considered to be among the most enjoyable online learning resources, has the highest percentage of students who are studying English when compared to the other four. A sense of inner encouragement, an eagerness to learn on the part of the students, and self-confidence are all essential components. Nevertheless, the role of teachers as guides and traveling companions is still necessary in order to increase this percentage even further. One of these is making the most of YouTube as an online educational resource in the context of improving one's English-speaking skills

YouTube is a website that facilitates users to share the videos they have, or just enjoy various videos uploaded by content creators. There are various kinds of videos that can be uploaded through this site, such as video blogs, music video clips, education videos, and others. Learning English independently through YouTube is a research topic which aims to find out the experiences of students while studying English and the challenges and opportunities they get. English Education in one private university in Cirebon became the object that the researcher chose and there were four female students who participants in this study. This research uses qualitative methods and data analysis uses thematic analysis. Data from this research is found by doing questionnaire and interview seasons. All participants showed positive responds. The results of this research indicate that YouTube is an application that can be used independently. Learning English by watching videos can help them improve their English skills, especially in listening and speaking skills. The benefits they get while using YouTube as a medium for learning English are interesting English learning content, good pronunciation, unfamiliar word, familiar with accent, a lot of information and knowledge through the videos that they see for learning.
