Abstract:Pilomatricoma is a benign skin tumor, which is generally spotted in neck region along with the head.
Isolated lesions are the usual detected. Malignant transformations are considered as seldom occurrences.
A 17-year-old boy with a pilomatricoma on his left arm was presented as our case in this study. On
ultrasonography, the hypoechoic solid lesion with calcification spots defined 15x8 mm sized, well-defined
