Uterine Fibroids and Progestogen Treatment: Lack of Evidence of Its Efficacy: A Review

Abstract: Background: The objective of this review is to determine the evidence or, conversely, the absence of evidence regarding the effectiveness of progestogens in treating premenopausal women with uterine fibroids.
