Uticaj biljnih regulatora rasta na kvalitet i skladišni potencijal plodova jabuke

Abstract: Plodovi jabuke se nakon berbe mogu ~uvati i du`e od 12 meseci (Mratini} & \urovi}, 2015), dostupni su na tr`i{tu tokom cele godine i konzumiraju se u najve}oj meri kao sve`e vo}e. Kvalitetan i rentabilan proces ~uvanja plodova jabuke mogu}e je posti}i samo ukoliko se skladi{te plodovi koji u trenutku berbe ispunjavaju odre|ene kriterijume u pogledu kvaliteta.
