Abstract: Upravljanje ljudskim resursima je ključan element svake moderne organizacije. Preduzeća iz oblasti medija koja su na vreme uočila važnost ulaganja u ljudske resurse sada koriste benefite takvih odluka u smislu visokog rejtinga i povećanog profita.
