Utility of Laparoscopy for Identification of Hepatic Disease Before Aortic Surgery

Abstract: Postoperative hepatic failure is a significant yet unpredictable cause of death after elective aortic surgery. Routine preoperative evaluation is frequently insufficient to identify patients at risk.
