Utility of Postoperative Mandibulomaxillary Fixation After Rigid Internal Fixation of Isolated Mandibular Fractures

Abstract: Postoperative MMF does not improve clinical outcome after ORIF in patients with isolated mandible fractures but has the potential benefit of improving follow-up compliance.
