Abstract: The clinical translation of polysarcosine (pSar) as polyethylene glycol (PEG) replacement in the development of novel nanomedicines creates a broad demand of polymeric material in high‐quality making high‐purity sarcosine N‐carboxyanhydride (Sar‐NCA) as monomer for its production inevitable.
