Abstract:Husk tomato (Physalis pruinosa L.) is a member of the family, Solanaceae, seeds of husk tomato were analyzed and characterized in terms of physical properties, physico-chemical characteristics, chemical analysis, mineral content and technological utilization in preparation of products.
