The Pantawid Pamilyang Pilipino Program (4Ps) is a human development measure of the national government that provides conditional cash grants to the poorest of the poor to improve the health, nutrition, and education of children aged 0-18. This study was conducted to determine the level of Pantawid Pamilyang Pilipino Program (4Ps) goals and its benefits among learners in Balingasag, Misamis Oriental, for the School Year 2023-2024. It sought to describe the characteristics of the respondents, assess the goals of Pantawid Pamilyang Pilipino Program, find the benefits of Pantawid Pamilyang Pilipino Program, and determine the significant relationship between Pantawid Pamilyang Pilipino Program goals and its benefits and each of the respondents’ characteristics. The respondents were one hundred eighty – two (182) Grade VI learners using an adapted and modified questionnaire. Moreover, the descriptive correlation method of research was used. Descriptive statistics such as frequency, percentage, mean and standard deviation were used to describe the variables in the study. Further, Pearson Product Moment Correlation Coefficient (r) was employed to determine the significant relationship between the variables in the study. The findings revealed that the respondents’ assessment of the goals of 4Ps and their benefits is high. However, the relationship between the 4Ps goals and its benefits is not significant except on the fathers’ occupation. In light of the findings of the study, the researcher concluded that the Grade VI learners have a positive perception of the impact of the 4Ps program on their home environment which include factors such as supportive and conducive learning environment, resources, and parental involvement. It is recommended that the implementing agency of 4P’s Program must identify areas to enhance, improve, and refine its approaches and effectiveness in improving nutritional outcomes and creating interactive learning experiences with the learners.
