Abstract:Quince (Cydonia oblonga Mill.) is a
pomaceous
fruit that is typically processed into jams, jellies, and marmalade.
The byproduct, i.e., the quince peel emanated from the processing
industry, can be upcycled, ensuring zero waste policy and resulting
