Abstract:X-ray psoralen activated cancer therapy (X-PACT) is a new therapeutic approach that has been shown to induce tumor cell apoptosis and cytotoxicity in vitro, and slow tumor growth in BALB/c mice with syngeneic 4T1 tumors.
