Until recently, few educational institutions have developed and integrated Arabic language learning curricula with LMS. This study aims to develop a proposed Learning Management System (LMS) program designed to enhance the Arabic proficiency of non-native speakers. It investigates the impact of this program on cognitive fulfilment and language advancement among non-native Arabic learners at the University of Darussalam Gontor, Indonesia. The researcher utilized a quasi-experimental and descriptive research approach, deemed most suitable for this study's nature. Data collection involved 80 students from the University of Darussalam Gontor, employing various tools such as tests, questionnaires, interviews, and observation. The study yielded significant outcomes, including creating the proposed LMS, arabi.id. After completing the research, statistically significant improvements were observed in the experimental and control groups' listening, speaking, reading, and writing abilities, with a more substantial positive impact on the experimental group. Moreover, the experimental group's pretest and post-test results showed statistically significant differences in proficiency levels (listening, speaking, reading, and writing). The study's findings suggest that non-native Arabic speakers can benefit from e-learning courses to enhance their language skills. Recommendations include implementing LMS-based Arabic instruction, encouraging instructors to integrate LMS into the Arabic teaching curriculum, and increasing the availability of Arabic educational websites.

The integration of the formal education system of higher education and pesantren the University of Darussalam (UNIDA) Gontor necessitates the attainment of distinctive student competencies. The question that arises is: how is UNIDA Gontor’s strategy in achieving student competence? Therefore, this research aims to conceptualize UNIDA Gontor’s strategy for achieving student competence. This research is field research with qualitative data, specifically using a grounded study approach. Data sources were obtained through interviews, observations, and various other documentation. The findings of this research are: First, the strategy is carried out by UNIDA Gontor by preparing daily, weekly, monthly, semesterly, and annual coaching programs. Second, the programs focus on thinking, spiritual, sport, and art exercises. Third, coaching with the ‘learning-by-doing’ method. Fourth. The coaching program is based on the values and philosophy of pesantren life. This research aims to generate theoretical conclusions regarding Islamic Human Resource Development (I-HRD) will emerge, which have implications for building pesantren management as a typical Indonesian educational institution in general, and especially pesantren universities, which are currently growing in Indonesia. This research focuses on analyzing learning qira’ah (reading) skills in the Arabic-Online.net program within the learning assessment evaluation framework, especially the Common European Framework of Reference for Languages (CEFR) as one of the international standards in foreign language learning. This research is qualitative research, and the primary data in this research is reading text in qira'ah material from all 16 levels in Arabic-Online.net. In the analysis, the researchers focused on the reading texts provided at each level in the program through the CEFR framework. Data analysis in this research used data reduction, data presentation, and drawing conclusions based on Miles and Huberman’s method. The research findings indicate that the reading skills instruction in the "Arabic-Online.net" application offers a diverse range of instructional materials. These materials are designed to help participants comprehensively master reading skills. The content, vocabulary, and exercises within this program align with the CEFR standards. This is demonstrated not only in the selection of themes with higher levels of difficulty but also through the inclusion of more complex questions and exercises. The chosen themes are systematically organized, starting from topics closely related to the participants' experiences and progressing to subjects further removed from daily life, such as transportation, administration, and legal issues. These diverse themes not only require a strong language proficiency with a command of vocabulary related to the themes but also demand critical and exploratory thinking from learners to grasp the discourse and main points of the reading materials.
