Abstract:In this study, we verified the 1-1-diphenyl-2-picrylhydrazyl radical scavenge, 2,2'-azinobis(3-ethylbenzothiazoline-6sulfonic acid) radical scavenge, elastase, tyrosinase inhibitory effect by using the solvent fractions of Maekmoondong-tang hot water extract. As a result, the ethyl acetate fraction (MW-EA) showed the highest inhibitory activity.
