Abstract:ArF laser irradiation of gaseous mixtures of carbon disulfide and silane allows efficient deposition of SiS bond‐containing poly(thiacarbosilanes) incorporating SiS bodies. These SiS/poly(thiacarbosilane) composites are the first example of silicon sulfide/polymer composites.
