Abstract:Dilemma always exists between the association of Gigantiform cementoma with bone fracture and confusion regarding its categorization as an osseous dysplasia or a separate entity having systemic manifestations. Here we report another rare case of a non-familial form of Gigantiform cementoma associated with bone fracture. We suggest to consider this as a separate entity from the group of osseous dysplastic lesions.
