Abstract:Lichen sclerosus (LS) is a benign, progressive, inflammatory disease characterized by epithelial thinning. An 81-year-old woman presented to our clinic with the complaint of difficulty in urination. There were whitish lesions on her vulva. Also, her urethra and vagina were obliterated with an approximately 2 mm opening. The diagnosis of LS was confirmed with pathological examination.
